Stick with seeds. Composition: derivatives of vegetable origin (including: dandelion, plantain, nettle, purple coneflower, parsley leaf, clover, alfalfa, lemon balm, mint, calendula, birch leaf, linden leaf), seeds (safflower, rapeseed, hemp, flaxseed, buckwheat, canary grass, shelled sunflower), cereals (white rice, paddy rice, sorghum, millet), nuts (peanuts 2.5%), insects (mealworm larvae 1.5%).

Stick with coconut. Composition: derivatives of vegetable origin (including: dandelion, plantain, nettle, purple coneflower, clover, alfalfa, lemon balm, mint, calendula, birch leaf, linden leaf, coconut flakes 1%), seeds (safflower, black mustard, hemp, flaxseed, buckwheat, canary grass, shelled sunflower), cereals (sorghum, paddy rice, millet, white rice), nuts (peanuts 2.5%), insects (mealworm larvae 1.5%).
